CALL FOR PAPERS
The conference features a technical program which will bring you the latest developments on radiation effects in the form of oral and poster presentations and a data workshop. The oral presentations will be partitioned by topic into ten sessions over the week, with the posters and the data workshop having a dedicated session of their own.
The conference will start with a topical day focusing on „Jupiter’s harsh radiation environment and associated radiation effects and other astrophysics missions with high dose“on Monday, September 19. In addition to the technical presentations, several invited talks will take place during the conference. An industrial exhibit will complete the event, providing the opportunity for exhibitors to demonstrate their products and services. Finally we will organize an exciting and varied social program for both delegates and accompanying persons.
Papers on nuclear and space radiation effects on electronic and photonic materials, devices, circuits, sensors, and systems, as well as semiconductor processing technology and design techniques for producing radiation-tolerant (hardened) devices, integrated circuits, boards and equipments, will be presented at this meeting of engineers, scientists, and managers. International participation is strongly encouraged.
