General Conditions for the RADECS (organized by Airbus DS GmbH and OHB-System AG)

Bremen, Germany, 19 - 23 September 2016

 

Registration:

After registration you will receive a written acknowledgement / invoice by email. Your registration will be accepted only after full payment. BTZ Bremer Touristik-Zentrale GmbH/ Verkehrsverein Bremen, our official payment agency, is in charge of handling the registration and payment process.

All tickets and conference material will be handed out to the participants upon check-in at the registration desk on-site. Participants are requested to wear their congress badges at all times for identification and admittance to the conference rooms.

 

Accompanying Persons:

For preparation of the name badge, please provide the first name and surname of your accompanying person on the registration form.

 

Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:

All payments must be made in EUROS. Any charges for bank transfers are to be paid by the invoice recipient. Please request your bank to transfer the net sum due.

Your credit card will show a charge to: BTZ- Bremer Touristik-Zentrale GmbH, the company providing registration services for RADECS.

Written cancellations must be sent to the BTZ - Convention Bureau RADECS via fax: +49(0)421-30800-3819 or email: Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist vor Spambots geschützt! Zur Anzeige muss JavaScript eingeschaltet sein!.

Written cancellation received before 15 June 2016 will result in a full refund minus a EUR 30.00 administrative fee.

Cancellations received between 16 June and 15 August 2016 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations after 16 August 2016 will not result in refunds.

Substitute registrants from the same company will be accepted latest until 29 August 2016

Any re-booking after receiving the invoice will result in an administration fee of Euro 15,00.

No refund will be given in case of fraudulent registration. Fraudulent means the registration for a false or non-existing affiliation, under a false nor non-existing address, and/or with the intention to fraudulently obtain benefits from the registration that do not relate to the conference’s scientific or business goals.

 

Hotel Reservation:

Payment has to be made directly to the hotel.

You can cancel your room up to 24 hours before arrival. Except: Maritim Hotel Bremen (free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival), Swissôtel Bremen (free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival), Dorint Park Hotel Bremen (free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival).

Bremer Touristik-Zentrale is only the reservation agent and accepts no liability whatsoever.

After receiving your hotel booking confirmation please contact the hotel directly and give them your credit card details. Please note in case of late arrival after 6 p.m. credit card details are also necessary. Without these details the hotel room can be sold otherwise.

 

Data Security:
Personal details made available to BTZ - Bremer Touristik-Zentrale in connection with bookings are processed electronically and are used exclusively for processing the booking and for customer service purposes.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. Your attention is expressly drawn to the data subject's right of objection pursuant to section 28 (4) of the German Data Protection Act.



Photo and Video Recordings:
On registering to attend the conference the participant automatically grants the organiser his/her permission to create photo and video material of the conference and its participants.
This photo and video material may be later published and reproduced for various purposes by the organizer.
